Is there valet parking?
No, valet parking will not be available. However, the Hampton Roads Convention Center will provide a shuttle service to move guests to and from parking spaces.
Where can I pick up my tickets for the Anniversaries Gala?
No “physical” tickets are distributed. Upon confirmation of your purchase, you are automatically registered. Your table assignments will be provided to you at the registration table beginning at 6PM the evening of the event in the lobby of the HRCC.
Are tickets being sold the day of the event?
Tickets are NOT available for purchase the day of the event or at the door. To purchase tickets in advance, please call 757.728.4012.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept most forms of payment to include cash, major credit cards, and checks/money orders made payable to Hampton University 150/40 Anniversaries.
What is the deadline for submitting the guests names for the table sponsorship for the Anniversaries Gala?
The deadline is on or before April 13th. Please call 757.728.4012 or email your guests’ names to : TBD
Do I have the option of making a credit card payment/donation?
